Daniel Quarnberg, Attorney and Founder

I am a husband and father of 4, an attorney, a business professional and entrepreneur, an Army officer, and a lifelong learner. I earned a master's degree in strategic communication and leadership while in the active-duty Army as an airborne artillery officer, and then pursued a JD and a MBA after leaving active duty and continuing my military service in the Army reserves. My wife and I have started and grown several small businesses over the years, and know first hand the kind of dedication, sacrifice, and diligent effort it takes to make a business succeed. I'm passionate about small business and want to provide accessible legal services to as many small businesses as I can.
